Green Dot Corporation is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) team. The role leads the design, development, and enhancement of secure, scalable APIs, microservices, and platform capabilities supporting partner onboarding and embedded financial services. Responsibilities include technical leadership, architecture, code reviews, mentoring, CI/CD, testing, observability, monitoring, incident response, root cause analysis, and compliance with financial-services security standards.
