Cortex is looking for a Lead Software Engineer, Backend to join their team. This role involves solving deep technical problems, addressing scalability issues, and playing a critical part in designing, implementing, and maintaining the core backend systems for Cortex. The successful candidate will collaborate with product and support engineering teams, optimize system performance, participate in incident response, conduct code reviews, write high-quality code, and continuously improve development processes.
