Description
The Lead Full Stack Software Engineer will design and build scalable, cloud-native web applications supporting conversational AI across athenahealth workflows. The role combines front-end and back-end engineering, platform architecture, API and service design, data access, caching, observability, containerized deployments, and AI development workflows. It is based in Austin, Texas, offered as a hybrid role, and reports to the Senior Engineering Manager. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and 8 to 15 years of professional software engineering experience, with a base salary of $136,000 to $232,000.
