Bold Orange is hiring a Lead Data Engineer focused on Snowflake in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. The role owns end-to-end technical solutions for client accounts, including discovery, architecture, data models, warehouses, ELT/ETL pipelines, performance, security, governance, cost management, APIs, integrations, CI/CD, and production support. The engineer will also lead complex development, establish engineering practices, mentor other engineers, communicate with clients and senior stakeholders, and participate in new-business scoping. The position requires 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with most in data engineering, and offers a hybrid arrangement with 1–2 days in the office per week.
