The role leads architectural evaluations, communities of practice, and the adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices, while improving code quality, delivery speed, operational stability, and security. Candidates need formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, hands-on system design and operational stability experience, AWS/Databricks data-pipeline experience, advanced Java/Spring/SQL/Python/Spark skills, automation and continuous-delivery expertise, and experience leading safe AI-assisted software development.
