HENSOLDT is hiring a Lead Software Engineer / Developer - Mission System to lead the software development of a complex, distributed electronic warfare mission system involving airborne systems, a ground station, and networked data analysis. The role covers technical leadership, architecture, software implementation, performance engineering, testing, CI/CD, DevSecOps, documentation, and technology roadmapping across several German work locations. Candidates need a computer science or comparable engineering degree, several years of professional software development experience, leadership or architecture experience, and practical experience with Rust and C++ or a comparable systems language.
