TRG Screen is hiring a Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) for its Activity Monitor team in Belfast. The role combines hands-on full-stack development with technical leadership, including architecture, code quality, testing, reliability, security, mentoring, and collaboration with Product Management. It requires at least 8 years of software development experience, strong C# and .NET Core expertise, JavaScript and TypeScript, modern front-end frameworks, database knowledge, and architectural decision-making skills. Preferred qualifications include desktop or endpoint monitoring experience, CI/CD and DevOps practices, cloud platforms, AI-assisted development tools, and spec-driven development.
