Description
JPMorganChase is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Asset & Wealth Management business. The role owns application components across the software development lifecycle, leads technical discovery and solution design, coaches engineers, and drives secure, scalable, cloud-native enterprise services. Responsibilities include applying AI-assisted engineering practices, validating AI-generated changes, improving CI/CD and test automation, and supporting production systems. The position requires formal software engineering training or certification, 5+ years of applied experience, and 10+ years of hands-on enterprise software engineering experience with Java, REST APIs, Spring Boot, microservices, relational databases, distributed systems, testing, SQL, and CI/CD.
