Description
Grab is hiring an Engineering Lead to oversee software development, lead and mentor fullstack developers, define technical requirements and architecture, manage the software development lifecycle, and drive technical projects across the organization. The role reports to the Head of Commercial Systems and is based onsite in Grab's Petaling Jaya office. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, at least seven years of fullstack development experience, expertise in Java, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Django, databases, cloud platforms, testing, DevOps, and scalable distributed systems, along with experience using AI and generative AI in production environments.
