Description
Williams-Sonoma is hiring a Lead Engineer for Oracle HCM Cloud Applications to lead the design, implementation, configuration, enhancement, testing, release management, and production support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The role partners with HR, business, IT, and vendor teams; manages integrations, reporting, data validation, quarterly updates, and complex transformation initiatives; and leads technical and functional teams while identifying automation and AI-assisted improvements. The position requires at least eight years of Oracle HCM experience, full-lifecycle implementation experience, and onsite work Monday through Thursday in San Francisco, San Jose, or Rocklin, California.
