Description
Broadridge is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to design and deliver software solutions supporting financial information processing across cloud and on-premises environments. The role includes mentoring junior developers, analyzing business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining software quality and compliance, evaluating development tools and test automation, using AI-enabled tools, and leading Agile ceremonies. The position requires a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education and experience, at least 10 years of software engineering experience including technical leadership, and expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, AWS, containerized deployments, EKS, ECS, CI/CD, DevOps, Kafka, MQ, secure coding, relational databases, and SQL. The compensation range is $150,000-$170,000 USD, with bonus eligibility.
