Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Software Engineer for a 3+ month contract with a Global Financial Institution in Minneapolis, Minnesota, or Charlotte, North Carolina. The role supports Workday Engineering and Compensation Extend projects, including planning, design, coding, testing, debugging, integration, deployment, and escalation of moderately complex technical initiatives. The engineer will lead less experienced staff and work in an Agile environment. The position requires 5+ years of software engineering experience, Workday Extend expertise, compensation and HR systems experience, and a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the office. Pay is $59.53-$67.53 per hour.
