Spot is hiring a Lead Software Engineer I to design, test, and maintain proprietary RED software and customer-facing portals. The role involves full object-oriented development, data-layer integration, domain logic, web presentation, security, technical issue resolution, stakeholder communication, mentoring junior resources, and contributing to scalable software design. Candidates need a CS or related degree, at least five years of web and client-server development experience, expertise in C# and SQL, and experience with .NET, ORM, dependency injection, API authorization, and repository design patterns; technical lead experience is also required.
