Grab is hiring a Lead Software Engineer in Test (G5) for its Mobile Test Automation Platform team. The role defines and scales end-to-end mobile testing strategy, builds developer tooling and platform capabilities, improves automated test signals across CI/CD and release workflows, standardizes quality data, and mentors engineers. It requires large-scale mobile CI, device lab or farm, release pipeline, test reporting, Android/iOS verification, and automation tooling experience, and is onsite in Singapore.
