ITI Engineering is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to provide technical leadership for software, automation, and infrastructure tooling supporting advanced military electronics and computing products in Windows and Linux environments. The role involves developing services, APIs, diagnostic tools, monitoring solutions, and automation frameworks; troubleshooting complex systems; deploying and hardening virtualized environments; conducting root-cause analysis; and collaborating with engineering, cybersecurity, DevOps, operations, program management, business development, customers, and end users. The position requires strong C/C++, C#, Python, and PowerShell experience, at least seven years of software development experience in complex Windows/Linux environments, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
