Description
Nelly is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Integrations team in Berlin. The role owns the architecture of the platform connecting practice management systems to Nelly’s backend, including on-practice client software, database-level integrations, APIs, AWS infrastructure, and transaction reliability. The engineer will drive technical strategy, ship integrations quickly, adopt and introduce AI tools, coordinate with product, commercial, support, legal, and external stakeholders, and mentor other engineers. The position requires at least seven years of software engineering experience with technical leadership, strong computer science and systems thinking, data and API modelling, and experience in cross-functional environments.
