Capital One is hiring a Lead Software Engineer, iOS to develop iOS client code, partner with cross-functional teams, lead major platform components, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and improve mobile development processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least four years of software engineering experience, at least three years of iOS application development experience, and at least three years of Swift experience. Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree, five or more years of iOS experience, four or more years of Swift experience, open-source framework experience, Agile experience, and experience with interactive AI tooling. The position is available in McLean, Virginia; Plano, Texas; and Richmond, Virginia, with full-time annual salaries ranging from $179,400 to $225,100 depending on location, plus potential performance-based incentives.
