Description

The Lead Full Stack Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native web applications and services across the full stack, including React front-end, Node.js or Python back-end, RESTful APIs, NoSQL databases, serverless architectures, and AWS environments. The role leads technical initiatives, architectural decisions, code reviews, testing, performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery while mentoring teammates and collaborating with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 7-10 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer or in a similar role
Experience designing and building serverless architectures
Experience building end-to-end CI/CD pipelines across AWS environments
Experience with application security, authentication, authorization, and session management
Experience with Git, GitHub, or similar version control tools
Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development
Preferred Qualifications: Experience setting up deployment pipelines with CI/CD tools
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
Deep knowledge of microservices architecture
Knowledge of computer science fundamentals
Interest in exploring new technologies
