JPMorganChase is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Consumer & Community Banking team. The role leads secure, scalable software solutions across multiple technical areas, develops and reviews production code, drives adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices, evaluates vendor and startup technologies, and leads software engineering communities of practice. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, AI-assisted development expertise, advanced programming proficiency, LLM and generative AI experience, distributed systems and cloud knowledge, microservices and API expertise, and experience with testing and development tools.
