The role requires formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, leadership of large or cross-functional teams, and expertise in Java or Python, SQL, distributed systems, AWS, Apache Kafka, CI/CD, and responsible AI governance. The position also serves as a function-wide subject matter expert and contributes to firmwide engineering frameworks.
