The role leads software development for high-profile trading and investment platforms, collaborates with investment teams and technical stakeholders, guides engineering decisions, and develops secure production code. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, Core Java expertise, TDD and BDD testing, Java IoC and Spring, messaging and streaming technologies, CI/CD, resiliency, security, and software development lifecycle knowledge. Preferred qualifications include trading and FIX exposure, smart contracts, Ethereum, digital wallets, cloud technologies, and Python.
