JPMorgan Chase is hiring a Lead Software Engineer in its Asset and Wealth Management technology organization in Columbus. The role collaborates with investment teams, traders, and portfolio managers; leads production software deployment in an agile environment; provides technical guidance and subject-matter expertise; influences product design and technical operations; and develops, reviews, and debugs secure production code. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, Core Java programming, TDD and BDD testing, Java IoC and Spring, messaging and streaming technologies, CI/CD, resiliency, security, and software development lifecycle knowledge. Preferred qualifications include trading and FIX exposure, smart contracts, Ethereum, digital wallets, cloud technologies, and Python.
