The role leads the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while providing technical guidance to engineering teams. Responsibilities include collaborating with architects, product owners, QA, DevOps, and business teams; defining solutions; and driving technical design, code quality, performance optimization, and continuous improvement. The position requires advanced proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, enterprise application development, REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, BPM platforms, and Apache Kafka-based event-driven architectures.
