JPMorganChase is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Consumer & Community Banking team. The role leads technical guidance and solutions across multiple areas, develops and reviews secure production code, promotes enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices, influences product and technical operations, and serves as a subject-matter expert. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, Java and Spring Boot skills, experience with approved AI-assisted development tools, responsible AI practices, hands-on system design and production support experience, and experience with low-latency, high-throughput systems. Exposure to agentic AI is preferred.
