JPMorganChase is hiring a Lead Software Engineer in Consumer & Community Banking to build, secure, and scale technology products. The role provides technical leadership, develops production code, reviews and debugs others’ work, establishes AI-assisted engineering standards, influences architecture and operations, and serves as a subject matter expert. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, advanced Java, Python, or Go skills, strong AWS experience, Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience, microservices and backend development experience, database experience, and experience leading enterprise AI-assisted software development practices.
