JPMorganChase is hiring a Lead Software Engineer in Consumer & Community Banking to build, secure, and scale technology products. The role provides technical leadership, develops production code, reviews and debugs others’ work, establishes AI-assisted engineering standards, influences architecture and operations, and serves as a subject-matter expert. Required qualifications include formal software engineering training or certification, at least five years of applied experience, advanced Java, Python, or Go skills, strong AWS experience, Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience, microservices and backend development experience, database experience, and experience leading enterprise AI-assisted software development practices.
