Additional Information

Minimum Education: Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of applied software engineering experience
Hands-on experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
Full Software Development Life Cycle experience across design, development, testing, and deployment
Exposure to agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, including Kubernetes and Docker, in AWS environments
Experience leading the effective use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools
Experience coaching senior engineers and leads on compliant AI usage patterns and controls
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Node.js for backend or full-stack development
