Description
Integrated Mission Systems is hiring a full-time Lead Software Engineer (LMES)- CAM in Camden, New Jersey, with a 9/80 schedule and 100% onsite work. The role leads embedded software development, translates requirements into maintainable solutions, plans and assigns work, monitors performance, and enforces SDLC processes. Candidates must have at least 8 years of embedded software experience, 10+ years debugging applications on simulated and target hardware, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, U.S. citizenship, and an active Department of Defense Secret clearance. Preferred qualifications include EVMS, device drivers and board support packages, information assurance or cryptography, NSA Type 1 or DO-178 certification, and Rust experience.
