Description
Novanta is seeking a senior software leader to guide the development of regulated medical-device software and lead the team’s transformation toward AI-supported software development. The role covers requirements analysis, architecture and design reviews, testing, compliance documentation, mentoring engineers, supervising students and external providers, and advising management on technology and business decisions. It requires a relevant engineering or computer science degree, approximately two years of experience leading regulated-medical-device software development, strong C/C++ and embedded-software knowledge, and the ability to lead technical change.
