Citi is hiring a Lead Software Engineer for its Markets Operations Technology team to help build a highly automated, resilient platform for margin and collateral processes. The role involves developing robust software solutions, collaborating with product teams and users, and contributing to engineering culture. Required qualifications include professional software development experience, proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript, or React, RESTful API development with Spring, event-driven systems and microservices, TDD and clean code, data structures, algorithms, and SQL, plus a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, software programming, or systems engineering.
