The role leads software engineering adoption and execution across encryption and maritime sonar programs, builds engineering pipelines, defines processes and governance, advises engineering and business leadership, oversees software development, improves quality and predictability, and mentors technical leaders. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree and 15 years of prior experience, or a graduate degree and 13 years, or 19 years without a degree; a US DOD Secret security clearance is required. The disclosed salary range is $158,500-$275,000, with a minimum $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
