BUPA ANZ is hiring a Lead Software Engineer, Mobile-Android, to lead mobile application design and development across its digital products. The role requires at least seven years of mobile application development experience, team leadership of 4–10 developers, and hands-on expertise in Android and iOS technology stacks, full-stack development, enterprise architecture, cloud and DevOps practices, and large-scale solution design. The position is permanent, full-time, and offers hybrid working from the Melbourne office.
