Thomson Reuters is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to establish the technical foundation of the CoCounsel Legal mobile app and lead a new iOS and Android engineering team. The role owns architecture decisions, production code, backend integrations, engineering standards, testing, performance, accessibility, and mentorship, while partnering with Product, Design, and backend teams. Candidates need 7+ years of software engineering experience, significant iOS and/or Android development experience, a record of shipping production mobile applications, and experience integrating mobile apps with cloud APIs. The role is eligible for hybrid work in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Irvine, McLean, or Washington, DC, with a base compensation range of $118,400 USD to $253,000 USD depending on location.
