Description
Humana is hiring a Lead Full Stack Engineer to lead the orchestration pod for its NBA platform. The role is hands-on and combines technical leadership, team mentorship, architecture, and full-stack development, with ownership of durable Temporal workflows, Node.js/TypeScript services, Kafka-based event delivery, Transactional Outbox patterns, activation integrations with Adobe Experience Platform, distributed-systems reliability, observability, and cloud-native operations. The position is remote/hybrid, preferably based in Boston, Massachusetts, with occasional travel to Humana offices, and requires a bachelor's degree plus 6 or more years of software engineering experience including 1–2 years in a tech-lead or senior-lead capacity.
