Spot is hiring a Lead Software Engineer focused on AI Integration to design and implement platform features and integrations using .NET and C#. The role involves building programmatic AI workflows, integrating AI agents, document intelligence, image processing, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks, while improving application performance and contributing to architecture and code reviews. Candidates need a four-year degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent technical experience, at least five years of .NET/C# experience, and expertise in agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI systems. The position is available on-site five days per week at the Indianapolis, Chicago, or Tampa offices.
