Description

Wells Fargo is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to lead complex technology initiatives, develop enterprise applications, design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems, and guide technical teams and initiatives. The role requires at least five years of software engineering experience, hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Microsoft technologies, and a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field. Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of software engineering experience or equivalent experience through work, training, military experience, or education
Hands-on experience developing enterprise applications with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Core/.NET 6+
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Experience building web applications with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular or React
Strong software engineering experience with the Microsoft technology stack
Preferred Qualifications: Object-oriented design, SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices

Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Harness, Azure DevOps, UDeploy, Liquibase, or SonarQube
Experience managing development, QA, UAT, and production environments
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of application security, vulnerability remediation, and secure coding practices
