Arista Networks is hiring Senior/Lead Network Systems Software Engineers to design and build software that controls and manages hardware components on switches and routers. The role involves developing features in C, C++, and Python; creating hardware control interfaces and device drivers; building automated tests; collaborating with customers, product management, hardware, manufacturing, support, and system test teams; and providing technical leadership and mentoring. Candidates need a relevant degree plus the specified years of experience, expert knowledge of C or C++ and Python, UNIX or Linux knowledge, and hands-on experience with hardware device drivers or system management utilities.
