Genesis10 is seeking a Lead Software Engineer - Pega for an 18+ month contract with a global financial institution. The hybrid role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina; Irving, Texas; or Chandler, Arizona. The position leads and actively develops Pega case-management and workflow solutions, including rules, flows, integrations, UI, decisioning, performance tuning, defect resolution, and deployment. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into scalable designs, mentoring developers, and collaborating with architects, product owners, and integration teams. Candidates need at least 8 years of IT experience, 5+ years of Pega platform experience, strong Pega Case Management and integration expertise, and experience leading or mentoring development teams in an enterprise organization.
