Halter is hiring a Lead Engineer for its Platform team to set the technical direction for cloud infrastructure, developer experience, security, observability, and AI-assisted engineering. The role partners with backend, embedded, machine learning, and data teams; owns platform architecture and reliability at global scale; hardens cloud security; automates infrastructure through Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD; and mentors engineers. Candidates should have deep AWS experience, strong container orchestration and networking skills, platform or infrastructure leadership experience, and hands-on cloud security expertise.
