Description
NiCE is hiring a Lead Software Engineer to take technical ownership of a key product domain and lead a small, autonomous individual-contributor squad. The role involves end-to-end delivery, architectural decisions, scalable and secure SaaS application development, performance tuning, observability, and technical mentorship. It requires 10+ years of software development experience, full-stack expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python, front-end proficiency with Vue.js and Angular, microservices and event-driven architecture knowledge, SQL and NoSQL experience, AWS cloud-native development, and strong collaboration skills. The position follows a hybrid NiCE-FLEX model with two office days and three remote days per week.
