haddock is hiring its first Product Reliability Engineer to build a permanent reliability team and lead two engineers plus a rotating product engineer. The role is hands-on software engineering, focused on triaging and resolving escalated issues, eliminating root causes, building internal tooling, establishing metrics, and improving product reliability so fewer tickets enter the queue. It requires 5+ years of engineering experience, bug-backlog ownership, systems thinking, AI-native work, and fluency in Spanish and English. The position is based in Barcelona with hybrid work and offers €50,000–€70,000 gross per year.
