The role focuses on complex system architecture, high-quality software, clean and maintainable code, collaboration, and mentoring junior developers. Candidates should have a B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent, fluent English, and strong system-architecture and problem-solving skills; experience with Kotlin or Java, microservices, AWS, Spring, event streaming, data mesh, payment processing, or fintech is preferred.
