The role leads enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices, scalable service architecture, ML and agentic AI platforms, production model operations, and observability, while mentoring developers and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. It requires formal software engineering training or certification, 5+ years of applied experience, 10+ years of recent hands-on software development in large-scale distributed systems, and experience with Java/Spring Boot, Linux, Kubernetes, messaging, backend infrastructure, observability, and MLOps.
