Concentrix is hiring a Lead Software Engineer – React/Java to work onsite in Omaha, Nebraska, five days per week. The role leads enterprise application design and development, technical architecture, microservices, REST APIs, containerization, code reviews, and engineering quality, while mentoring development teams and partnering with business and technical stakeholders. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, 10+ years of software development experience, 3+ years in a technical lead or architect role, and strong expertise in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, React, microservices, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and enterprise application development. The base salary is $106,087–$155,000 plus incentives, with medical, dental, and vision insurance available to eligible employees.
