FTSE Russell is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and operate its low-latency, cloud-native Real Time Framework for calculating, managing, and distributing real-time indices. The individual-contributor role focuses on event-driven calculation engines, secure APIs and streaming, data modelling and quality, infrastructure as code, observability, and architectural leadership. The position requires 9+ years of professional software engineering experience, expertise in distributed systems and AWS, and familiarity with AI development tooling; it is based in Bengaluru with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days per week in the office.
