ECI is hiring a Lead Software Engineer – SharePoint to lead Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solution design, development, migration, governance, testing, documentation, and implementation. The role requires 7–12 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, fileshare-to-SharePoint migration, and Power Platform, along with 4+ years of experience using migration tools such as SPMT, AvePoint, ShareGate, and LinkFixer. The position is hybrid for candidates based in Indore or Bangalore and includes mentoring junior team members.
