The Boeing Company is hiring a Level 5 Lead Software Engineer-Simulation for its Flight Simulation | Labs team in Berkeley, Missouri. The role leads the design, architecture, development, testing, validation, and modernization of the Test Development Kit (TDK) simulation framework and related models, tools, virtual environments, and software. Responsibilities include advising stakeholders on simulation requirements, integrating simulation software with hardware, managing simulation projects, and influencing software engineering practices. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance, and extensive experience in object-oriented and embedded real-time software development, modeling and simulation, and software testing. Relocation may be offered, some travel may be required, and visa sponsorship is not available.
