Description
Freshworks is hiring a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to design resilient, observable, and scalable systems; automate recovery and infrastructure; define SLIs/SLOs and error budgets; lead incident response and root-cause analysis; and improve reliability across engineering, platform, and product teams. The role requires 7–12 years of SRE, DevOps, or production engineering experience, strong Linux, containerization, CI/CD, observability, distributed-systems, and automation expertise, along with a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
