The role leads end-to-end delivery of analytics and technology products, including backend and integration architecture, secure role-based applications, AI/ML opportunities, quality and release governance, and distributed engineering leadership across London and India. Candidates need team-management experience, production software delivery experience, strong backend engineering skills, stakeholder partnership experience in a financial firm, and agile delivery experience; pensions covenant, Python, modern web stacks, GenAI, and database experience are preferred.
