CSC Generation is hiring a Software Engineer (Team Lead) in San Jose, Costa Rica, on a hybrid basis, to own a core area of its retail service cloud. The role combines technical leadership, architecture direction, production coding, legacy modernization, roadmap planning, and mentoring junior engineers. Candidates need strong TypeScript/JavaScript, React, and Node.js experience, production cloud and API experience, Python/Django or comparable server-side experience, and a track record of owning a service area and mentoring engineers.
